Main Tasks

  • Oversees and enforces quality procedures and policies within the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Optimizes resources and ensures labor and equipment are aligned with manufacturing quality standards
  • Evaluates and implements new technologies, equipment, and systems to improve plant quality.Manages staffing needs, including hiring, training, development, performance management, and discipline
  • Leads regular team meetings and drives achievement of operational goals
  • Plans and executes annual cost‑saving and improvement projects
  • Establishes and approves quality control procedures across production, customer quality, and supplier quality
  • Responds to customer complaints by implementing containment, root‑cause analysis, error‑proofing, and corrective actions
  • Develops and improves local quality assurance strategies to align with plant operations
  • Assesses risks, ensures compliance with standards, and provides quality recommendations
  • Ensures adherence to production standards and supports required audits and inspections
  • Collaborates with external vendors and suppliers to maintain quality expectations
  • Supports supplier quality development and quality controls for new projects
  • Provides strong leadership, ensures proper staffing and organization of the department, and drives cultural and team development
  • Identifies training needs and manages employee development plans
  • Performs additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or relevant field of technical education and experience
  • Min 2 years of supervisory experience relevant work experience in manufacturing industry
  • Good technical knowledge of automated and simple equipment
  • Good organizational and planning skills, problem-solving
  • Leadership, strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills; MS Office; SAP preferred
  • Knowledge on handling TS 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements
  • Ability to read, understand and comply with written processes and procedures
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with te ability to multi-task
  • Must be able to read, understand and comply with written and verbal instructions, company processes and procedures and safety policies
