Role Summary
The incumbent supports installation and ensures the maintenance for the mechanical side of production equipment across all sites covered under M+H LS&E Americas. This includes supporting the management, repair and improvement of any and all production equipment (incl. mechanical, automation, and some electrical) across the 8 sites under M+H LS&E Americas.
Main Tasks
- Ensure that all technical processes in the plant are reliable, cost-effective and meet the M+H and legal standards, focusing on mechanical side.
- Support the categorization of spare parts that have to be available on site to minimize downtime
- Initiate, implement, coordinate and monitor all Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Processes in various plants
- Control the machine and technical equipment within the M+H production plant and ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained during the serial production
- Manage the maintenance activities and ensure that all technical standards and requirements are met
- Support Maintenance Manager at various sites in completion of projects, troubleshooting equipment, training maintenance personnel, ect.
- Initiate corrective actions in case of deviations and coordinate the corrective activities
- Ensure that all relevant documentation in the area of responsibility is available and up-to date
- Contribute to continuous improvement in design of new equipment
- Ensure and maintain all records as per ISO Standards
- Other duties as assigned as related to the business needs.
Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience)
Required:
- Technical school or above in mechanical related fields
- Min 5 years‘ working experience in mechanical equipment Maintenance
- Familiar with product manufacturing and fabrication processe
- Familiar with production procedures and quality standards
- Experienced in machine management
- Knowledge on handling ISO requirements
Preferred:
- Knowledge in mechanical troubleshooting, pneumatics, tool/part identification, general electrical.
- OSHA 10/OSHA 30 certified
- Forklift/Scissor Lift certifications/experience

- Relevant IT tools (MS Office, SAP, etc.)
- CMMS (FIIX, SAP, ect.)
- Keyence, Banner, Siemens, Allan Bradley familiarity
- English/Spanish/French/German
