YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Lead and develop the intercultural sales team to maximize efficiency, competence, and success
- Design and implement sales strategies that align with corporate goals regarding marketing, segmentation, products, and business strategies
- Take responsibility for revenue growth, forecast accuracy, customer mix, pricing strategy, and other financial KPIs
- Increase efficiency through process optimization: analyze, monitor, and continuously improve sales structures and methods
- Collaborate with other sales leaders to appoint and support team leaders
- Acquire and retain customers; develop sustainable measures for acquiring new clients and maintaining long-term relationships with existing ones
- Create accurate forecasts and performance goals to ensure measurable achievement of objectives
- Continuously review the performance of the sales team and implement targeted optimization measures
- Introduce forward-looking approaches to create sustainable competitive advantages
YOUR PROFILE:
- Successfully completed university degree in a business or technical field
- At least 10 years of sales experience, ideally in a leadership position such as Sales Manager or Product Marketing Manager
- Previous experience in the membrane business preferred
- Strong understanding of customer needs
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Outstanding communication skills in German and English
