YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Lead and develop the intercultural sales team to maximize efficiency, competence, and success
  • Design and implement sales strategies that align with corporate goals regarding marketing, segmentation, products, and business strategies
  • Take responsibility for revenue growth, forecast accuracy, customer mix, pricing strategy, and other financial KPIs
  • Increase efficiency through process optimization: analyze, monitor, and continuously improve sales structures and methods
  • Collaborate with other sales leaders to appoint and support team leaders
  • Acquire and retain customers; develop sustainable measures for acquiring new clients and maintaining long-term relationships with existing ones
  • Create accurate forecasts and performance goals to ensure measurable achievement of objectives
  • Continuously review the performance of the sales team and implement targeted optimization measures
  • Introduce forward-looking approaches to create sustainable competitive advantages

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Successfully completed university degree in a business or technical field
  • At least 10 years of sales experience, ideally in a leadership position such as Sales Manager or Product Marketing Manager
  • Previous experience in the membrane business preferred
  • Strong understanding of customer needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Outstanding communication skills in German and English
