For LS&E Water & Membrane Solutions business unit, we are looking for a dedicated Application Engineer with Italian (m/w/d), to join our European Engineering team. 

The Application Engineer supports mainly Customers & Sales trough all project phases in design water and wastewater treatment plants, proving support also in after-sales matters, to ensure that we best meet customer demands and needs.


 

Main Tasks

  • Customer support and project management in all project phases (piloting, design, construction, installation, commissioning, operation)
  • Review and management of customer-relevant or project specific documents ( e.g. tender docs, drawings,)
  • Customer training on the design and operation of products
  • Coordinate and/or perform services (maintenance & repair) on installations with service contracts 
  • Assistance and support to quality and R&D
  • Creation of product-specific documents: (e.g. case studies, product presentations, competitive comparison, etc.)
  • Maintenance, creation and review of relevant documentation

Your Profile

  • Completed studies e.g. Bachelor or Master Environmental Engineering / Process Engineering / Chemical Engineering or equivalent fields in natural sciences
  • At least 3 years for relevant work experience in plant operation/construction/engineering service provider and/or membrane technology, technical experience in field
  • Fluent Italian & English language, other languages are an advantage
  • Ready to travel around 20-30 %
  • Hands-on mentality
  • You can be based in #Germany or #Italy, depending on your preference.
