Role Summary
This is a Remote position based from our location in Washington, NC.
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager – Foremarket to lead the Air Solutions business development efforts within our LS&E (Life Sciences & Environment) division. Based from our Washington, NC location, this remote leadership role is responsible for identifying and capturing new market opportunities, managing key accounts, and shaping the foremarket strategy to drive long-term growth in North America.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the regional foremarket strategy for air filtration solutions across industrial, commercial, and high-purity applications

Identify new business opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies aligned with LS&E’s strategic growth objectives

Engage directly with key customers, industry stakeholders, and channel partners to understand market needs and develop tailored solutions

Collaborate with product management, R&D, and global business units to influence product roadmaps based on market trends and customer insights

Drive strategic account planning and customer relationship management to expand market share

Provide leadership and mentorship to a high-performing commercial team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability

Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory developments to inform strategic positioning

Represent MANN+HUMMEL at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Environmental Science, or a related field
Experience:
- Five (5) years' minimum experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing in industrial filtration, HVAC, or related clean air technologies
Required Skills:

Demonstrated success in growing new business segments and leading strategic customer relationships

Strong knowledge of air filtration systems and environmental solution markets

Experience with lifecycle-based selling and total cost of ownership (TCO) approaches

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word)

Experience using SAP and Salesforce

Ability to travel up to 50%, (mainly domestic, but may include occasional international as needed)
