Main Tasks

  • Develops and grows the business with the current and new customers in Chile.
  • Achieve the annual business plan for the country and brands.
  • Leads the distribution network to deliver top line growth, market coverage, market share growth and new customer wins.
  • Provides on-field coaching and guidance to each customer.
  • Analyzes the market, identifies trends, and monitors competitive activity.
  • Ensures alignment of distributors with M+H business strategy and objectives.
  • Nurturing business relationships with targeted/ strategic automotive & industrial customers.

Your Profile

Education: University degree in Business Administration, Industrial / Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field.
Experience:
Senior level with more than 5 years of relevant experience in Sales or Account Management roles.
Previous experience in filtration and automotive industry is desirable.
Market knowledge across South America and Chile is desirable.
Communication, negotiation, and customer-focused skills.
Experience in Salesforce (CRM) is desirable.
Willingness to travel
Language: Fluent English.
