Plant Manager

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Monitor the performance of the plant against the standards and targets in areas such as production, quality, logistics, technical service, HR and finance 
  • Communicate, report and deliver short term and long term strategic goals, team KPIs and targets 
  • Ensure efficiency of the plant in operations, production, investments, technology and plant development
  • Drive continuous improvement through lean leadership and continue in a long term development of the plant and brand on the market
  • Monitor the costs and effectiveness of the plant activities, ensure the resources optimization and allocation to maximize the productivity and achieve the quality 
  • Facilitate the audits, ensure compliance with the standards and regulations and provide recommendations and Ensure and approve the Material Planning & Logistics activities
  • In cooperation with Manufacturing Engineering develop and implement the equipment to meet customer specifications on appropriate cost level, including new projects

 

 

Your Profile:


Education: University degree in Engineering or relevant field of technical or business education
Experience: Approximately 10 years  in automotive industry, of which at least 5 years in a leading function
Required Skills: Good organizational and planning skills, business acumen, solution and result orientedx,MS Office is a must, SAP knowledge an advantage
Experience in IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 is required
Languages: Fluent in Czech and English language, both spoken and written
Competencies: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to motivate the team and work in an international environment
