Manager Controlling _Tumkur

Role Summary

The incumbent takes over the role as the Operations/Plant Controller and is responsible for all the plants manufacturing filtration parts and products in India.

      Perform the necessary tasks using SAP by following the relevant guidelines. He/She ensures that the standard costs are arrived based on planned inputs, actuals accounted are measured against the standards, variances analyzed by data driven numbers with cost control.

      Hands on Experience in cost control measures, VAVE and cost hunting projects related to Operations.

Main Tasks

• Accounts payable, cost accounting, and financial reporting 
• Developing and maintaining planning and budgeting systems, the preparation of financial and management reports and procedures, and the presentation of findings and specific recommendations to senior management 
• Analyzing and interpreting trends requiring management's attention 
• Duties may also include training and managing other accounting staff.

Experience

• CA/CA inter, CMA/CMA Inter, University degree in Business Administration, Finance or other relevant field of education with specialization in Controlling and Internal Audit
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with 7 years of Manufacturing controller experience in Automotive or Automotive Ancillary Industries
• MS Office skills
• Must have SAP FICO skills with good understanding on SAP T codes. MM & SD modules will be added advantage.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) & Kannada will be an added advantage.
