Role Summary

The incumbent supports installation and ensures the maintenance for the electrical and mechanical side of production equipment  and also electric installations after HT cubicle & transformer. This includes the management, repair and improvement of the electrical and mechanical part of equipment and instrumentsThe incumbent supports installation and ensures the maintenance for the electrical and mechanical side of production equipment  and also electric installations after HT cubicle & transformer. Main Tasks

  • Ensure that all technical processes in the plant are reliable, cost-effective and meet the M+H and legal standards, focusing on electrical side.
  • Support the categorization of spare parts that have to be available on site to minimize downtime
  • Initiate, implement, coordinate and monitor all Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Processes in the plant
  • Control the machine and technical equipment within the M+H production plant and ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained during the serial production
  • Manage the maintenance activities and ensure that all technical standards and requirements are met
  • Support Maintenance Manager in managing the cost budget for the machines, equipment and spare parts
  • Initiate corrective actions in case of deviations and coordinate the corrective activities
  • To complement the IATF 16949, ISO 14001 & 45001 system of Dept. make sure meet the IATF 16949, ISO 14001 & 45001 management / company requirement.

Minimum Educational Requirement

Diploma Degree in Electrician and system technician (§66 BBiG/§42r HwO) or Electrician and system technician (§66 BBiG/§42r HwO)

Experience

Required:

  • Diploma / Engineering in Electrical and Electronics (EEE).
  • Min 2 to 4 years 'hands on working experience Maintenance and utility equipment Maintenance
  • Familiar with product manufacturing and fabrication processes
  • Familiar with production procedures and quality standards
  • Experienced in machine management
  • Knowledge on handling IATF 16949, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements
  • High and low voltage license ( C class licence)
