Role Summary

The incumbent supports installation and ensures the maintenance for the electrical and mechanical side of production equipment  and also electric installations after HT cubicle & transformer. This includes the management, repair and improvement of the electrical and mechanical part of equipment and instruments;

Main Tasks

  • Responsible for assisting the Maintenance Manager in overseeing the maintenance operations of the company.
  • Responsible for the daily and short term corrective and preventive maintenance activities, provides leadership and clear vision in refining preventive /predictive maintenance
  • Initiate, implement, coordinate and monitor all Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Processes in the plant
  • Control the machine and technical equipment within the M+H production plant and ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained during the serial production
  • Ensure that all technical processes in the plant are reliable, cost-effective and meet the M+H and legal standards.
  • Support the categorization of spare parts that have to be available on site to minimize downtime

Your Profile

  • Technical school or above in electrical related fields
  • Location:Tumkur Plant Location
  • Min 10 years‘ hands on working experience in Production and utility equipment Maintenance
  • Familiar with product manufacturing and fabrication processes
  • Familiar with production procedures and quality standards
  • Experienced in machine management
  • Knowledge on handling IATF 16949, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements
  • High and low voltage license ( C class licence preferred)
