Role Summary
Your Challenge

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud rollout projects from project initiation through go-live and stabilization.

Manage project scope, timelines, budget, governance, risks, and dependencies.

Coordinate cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and IT.
- Drive project delivery using SAP Activate Methodology and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and key stakeholder discussions.

Ensure alignment with the global template and Fit-to-Template approach while supporting local business requirements.
- Build strong relationships across teams, functions, and regions to ensure successful project outcomes.
Your Profil
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Experience:
- 5–10 years of professional experience in ERP and project management environments.
- Successfully delivered at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud rollout projects as the responsible Project Manager.
- Proven experience across the full lifecycle of a public cloud ERP rollout within a manufacturing environment, from project initiation through go-live and stabilization.
- Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with SAP Activate Methodology and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).
- Strong background in ERP programs covering Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales.
- Solid understanding of both the technical and organizational aspects of ERP transformation projects.
- Experience leading international teams and working with stakeholders from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
- Proven ability to manage complex international rollout projects across multiple locations and business functions.
- Structured and transparent approach to project governance and communication.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.German language skills are an advantage.
- Personality:
- Strong ability to bring people together, create alignment, and keep projects moving forward.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build effective working relationships across functions, regions, and cultures.
- Structured and organized working style with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
- Flexibility to travel when project phases require face-to-face collaboration and on-site support.
