Role Summary

The job incumbent is responsible for leading process improvements and projects within the MANN+HUMMEL ERP system (S/4 HANA cloud) including project roll out and support within our Life Sciences & Environment business (LS&E), particularly in the area of logistics.

Main Tasks

  • Define business process in supply chain (logistics)
  • Responsible for the documentation of testing and processes, the preparation of training activities, and for fit to gap analysis in LS&E locations
  • Responsible for LS&E template standardization in coordination with operations and other functional experts
  • Training of local process experts & key users and their assessment
  • Responsible for driving solutions & integrations for SCM line of business
  • Creation of test concepts for integration and simulation tests
  • Acquiring of external ERP, particularly SAP, knowledge to advise operational teams of new developments and system solutions and opportunities

Your Profile

  • University degree / masters degree preferred in Logistics, Operation and Supply Chain
  • +5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in working in multinational teams across a matrix organization
  • Technical and functional competencies in material planning and logistics processes, operations, lean principles, like PULL, value stream development
  • Very good SAP skills (strong working knowledge of OTC, MTO, MTS processes thorough the ERP system, preferably SAP)
  • Experience in warehouse operations (SAP-EWM)
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
  • Willingness to travel up to  50% of project duration
