Role Summary

The Global Channel Development Manager (m/f/d) drives global business development for MANN+HUMMEL’s Industrial segment with a strong focus on distributor channels. The role defines and implements the global industrial distribution strategy, identifies market and growth opportunities across regions, and aligns global and regional targets in close collaboration with country organizations.


Acting as a central interface to Sales, Aftermarket, and related functions, the position establishes global pricing and partner frameworks, monitors performance KPIs, and actively develops and strengthens the global distributor landscape.

Your Challenge:

  • Global responsibility for the business development of MANN+HUMMEL in the industrial segment
  • Development and definition of a global industrial distribution strategy
  • Analysis of global and local market potential, identification of target customers and business opportunities, and development of global and regional growth targets in close coordination with the respective country managers
  • Interface function with adjacent areas such as the Aftermarket
  • Definition of guidelines for global pricing strategies of market products for distributors
  • Monitoring of industry revenues, margin development, and relevant KPIs
  • Preparation and monitoring of a requirement catalogue for the classification of sales partners
  • Active observation of the market and identification of new business opportunities with a focus on distributors

Your Profil:

  • Education: Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field
  • Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of solid experience in sales, preferably within the industrial market segment
  • Expertise:
    • Experience in technical sales or engineering
    • Ideally, strong knowledge in the field of filtration
  • Language Skills: Fluent and business‑level proficiency in German and English
  • Personality: 
    • High results orientation, speed, and strong execution capabilityt
    • Entrepreneurial, independent, and well‑structured working style
    • Assertiveness, confident appearance, and strong team skills
    • Willingness to travel according to role requirements
