Senior HR Specialist

Main Tasks

Roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:

 

HR Business Partner

  • Assist full spectrum of human resources initiatives (talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, manpower budget/ planning) in accordance with organization’s human resource strategy with Sub-Regional HRBP, Communities of Expertise (CoEs)
  • Partners with people managers in Singapore, Indonesia, Australia and representative office locations in South East Asia as a HR advisor as needed

 

HR Operations

  • Responsible as enabling contact for local HR Operations, in partnership with HR Shared Services team
  • Manage policies and processes relating to the employee life cycle, including on-boarding, offboarding, international assignments (inbound and outbound), payroll etc
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll management with outsourced payroll vendors
  • Partner with external mobility agents, tax consultants for expatriate management topics
  • Work with HR shared services team to ensure employee central data accuracy in SAP SuccessFactors and local payroll system
  • Ensure processes, procedures and documents are up to date and in line with policies and employment regulations
  • Support and participate in HSE programs and activities within the company as required

 

HRIS, Reporting

  • Responsible for monthly KPI reporting in accordance with Global HR guidelines
  • Support in global systems implementation and UATs (SAP SuccessFactors suite, e-File etc)

Your Profile

  • Degree in Human Resources/ Business Management or related disciplines
  • Possess min 5 years of relevant HRBP or generalist experience in a global/ regional matrix
    organization; Experience with payroll verification experience and expatriate management will be
    advantageous
  • Sound knowledge of local employment laws and statutory requirements in the South East Asia
    region
  • Ability to adapt to fast paced environment and handle multiple processes across different entities
  • Strong numerical acumen and good communication skills
  • Meticulous and organized to ensure/ manage data confidentiality
  • Proactive in approaching internal/external stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and a problem solver and team player
