Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and curious intern to join our Innovation & Investment Management team at MANN+HUMMEL. You will play an integral role in supporting our efforts to identify and evaluate emerging technologies, investment opportunities, and potential business partnerships. This internship provides a unique opportunity to learn from industry leaders and gain hands-on experience in innovation and investment management within a global, sustainability-focused company.

Key Responsibilities:
- SharePoint Integration: Connect and integrate data from multiple SharePoint sites, ensuring seamless data flow into Power BI and other reporting tools to support comprehensive analytics and reporting.
- Data Analysis & Interpretation: Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, derive meaningful insights, and support strategic business decisions with data-backed recommendations.
- SQL Proficiency: Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and management, enabling efficient data operations and supporting dynamic reporting needs
- VBA for Automation: Use VBA scripting to automate data cleaning and recurring manual processes, improving consistency and efficiency in data workflows.
- Process Automation: Design and implement automated solutions for data collection, transformation, and reporting to minimize manual tasks and ensure data accuracy.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve issues related to Power BI dashboards, data connectivity, and SharePoint integrations, ensuring continuous data reliability and reporting performance.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring data accuracy and consistency in all reports and dashboards.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with different departments.
Your Profile
Qualifications:
Education: Currently pursuing a Degree or Masters in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and research skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.
Ability to analyze complex data and present findings clearly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Interest in sustainability, emerging technologies, and investment strategies.
Desirable:
Familiarity with financial modeling or valuation methods (a plus).
Previous experience (internships or academic projects) in finance, investment, or technology is a bonus.
Passion for innovation and sustainability in a global context.
