Role Summary
Support Finance & Controlling for all Singapore entities and supporting the Senior Finance Manager on management reporting, controlling matters and statutory reporting.
Main Tasks
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecast, cash flow and variance analysis.
• Prepare and monitor Cash Flows.
• Prepare tax filing and returns (withholding tax, GST, annual tax returns)
• Perform and prepare year end closing accounts activities such as audit schedules.
• Handle treasury operations like prepare payments via in-house treasury, interbank fund transfer, update any bank changes in banking system.
• Handle daily accounting operations include account reconciliations.
• Prepare and reconcile intercompany balances and transactions.
• Verifying staff expenses and travel claims.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or vacancies identified during the reconciliations.
• Assist Finance Managers in other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Education/Major:
Diploma or above in Finance, Accountancy.Experiences:
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in statutory and accounting reporting
• Very good working knowledge of SAP ERP systemKnowledge & Skills:
• Good communication / coordination skill
• Patient, meticulous & resourceful with a positive attitude towards customers
• Work under minimum supervisionForeign language/Computer ability:
• Fluent in both written and oral English
• Good at MS softwarePersonal Quality:
• Able to act on own initiative as well as enjoy working in a team.
