Role Summary
The function manages or performs work across multiple Marketing areas.
Main Tasks
Product/Brand Marketing:
- Defining targeted customer segments and associated messaging
- Developing marketing strategies and plans.
Product/Brand Management (P&L Accountability):
- Analyzing markets to identify opportunities, determine product requirements, and inform marketing strategies
- Managing the product/brand.
P&L Advertising & Promotion:
- Creating or coordinating the production and distribution of advertising and promotional materials.
Marketing Research & Analysis:
- Gathering and analyzing marketplace trends and customer data
Your Profile
- University degree in business administration, marketing or equivalent field of education or work cumulated experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in the automotive aftermarket sector
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Strong knowhow in digital marketing (including social media and e-commerce marketing)
- Business acumen in the automotive aftermarket, customer orientation, result orientation, organization and coordination skills, self-initiative and ability to work under pressure
- Leadership and entrepreneurship skills, Cross-functional thinking, communication skills
