Role Summary
Main Tasks
- Identifying market opportunities and associated new product strategies
- Developing new product value propositions and targeted feature sets
- Developing commercial/pricing strategies (e.g., low price or high quality)
- Ensuring new product success through close collaboration with research & design, manufacturing, marketing, and sales leadership
- Interpreting regulatory requirements and driving approval processes related to product safety, labelling, performance/effectiveness claims, etc.
- In some organizations may also be accountable for post-launch product service and disposal
Your Profile
Concluded academic studies in software engineering, engineering management, economics, business administration, business engineering or comparable
- Strong focus on innovation, willingness to take ownership and learn/adapt to new technologies
- Agile mindset, adapting to new conditions, open for new contacts and ideas
- Fluent English + Chinese language skills, German or other language skill is a plus
- Good communication skills and ability to work in team
- Willingness to travel
- Project management expertise in system development and integration, experience with product launch and continuous integration & delivery
- Good know-how of Digital products and Service design
