Role Summary
The job incumbent is the main contact person for the customers. He/she presents the companys portfolio to new and existing customers and negotiates the terms of sales.
Main Tasks
- Manage the day-to-day activities for a group of customers on a local level and ensure the implementation of the sales strategies to achieve the established objectives in the relevant market
- Visit the new and existing customers, consult them on all market-relevant aspects of products, provide information on new products that could fit the customers´ business needs, conduct the product trainings/workshops, prepare the presentations
- Develop the sales plans, activities, and campaigns in order to promote products and meet/exceed the sales targets within the assigned country(ies)
- Participate in the development of the sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising and customer satisfaction for the specific country/region
- Oversee the sales support activities such as sales administration, customer service, invoicing, and credit and collections to ensure that the customer orders are processed, dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time
- Supervise the logistics activities in the market and works in collaboration with the local logistics manager
- Process the customer complaints/product returns
- Train distributors/dealers to achieve the sales targets on a local level
- Serve as a main point of contact between the customers and company as well as a main point of service for the customers
- Provide price management with market price information
Your Profile
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent field of education
- 5+ years of relevant work / commercial experience in the aftermarket or automotive sector
- Knowledge of Mann Hummel Product range / Auto components as well as customer´s business
- Business acumen, customer orientation, organization and coordination skills, self-initiative and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in project management within the automotive market
- Leadership skills, conflict management, communication skills
