Credit Managment Specialist

Role Summary

Main Tasks

• Ensure that all blocked orders are released on time, in case the orders can’t be release take immediate actions and inform the relevant department
• Enhance credit limits according the local company rules and Mann Hummel standards
• Contact external provider to obtain customer's credit worthiness check
• Cooperation with Insurance team
• Insert and Maintain customer’s credit data
• Archive backups for any change in credit management
• Supporting with implementation of new processes and tools.
• Ensure process documentation is up to date (Process Maps, Work Step docs, Manuals)
• Solving problematic and non standard tasks, proactive behavior.
• Cooperation with local organization – explanation of process, the need to cover CM process during public holiday atc.
• Responsible for own project within the accounting department (rollouts, kick off),
• Ensure the coaching, custody and support of other team members
• Provide all outputs for IKS controls (for TL, internal controller, audit purposes, etc.)

Your Profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance
• Knowledge of SAP
• Computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
• Fluency in English (W/S), another foreign language (W/S) is advantage
• Advance experience in AR/CC processes
• Deep experience with FI SAP module, independence in specific AR processes
• Experience with working in a process-oriented organization, SSC
