Main Tasks

  • Coordinate and manage customer projects

    • Handle projects from the first request (RFQ) to SOP.
    • Work with internal teams to meet project timelines and solve problems.

  • Support and communicate with customers

    • Provide updates on delivery, quality, and quantity
    • Be the main contact for customer needs and support price discussions

  • Manage data and documents in SAP

    • Create and update orders, plans, and customer information
    • Control documents related to product and factory changes

  • Analyze and report project information

    • Prepare customer demand reports and sales plans
    • Support cost and revenue analysis for decision-making

  • Support strategic and administrative tasks

    • Help with quotations, billing, and cost breakdowns
    • Keep project data up to date to support budget tracking

Your Profile

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in project or sales engineering
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processed and automotive standards.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS office, CAD, and ERP systems

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Engineering and technical drawing interpretation
  • Project planning and risk management
  • Cost estimation and quotation preparation
  • Customer service and commercial awareness
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in Program Management and teamwork.
  • Cross-functioinal thinking.
  • Intercaltural understanding.
  • Self-initiative
  • Ability to work under the pressure situations.
  • Having knowledge and understanding helps us work together effectively in ISO14001 and ISO45001

Foreign language/computer ability: Fluent in speaking and writing , MS.Office, and ERP, SAP , Project Management tools
