Supplier Quality Development
Is responsible for ensuring that suppliers meet quality standards and regulatory requirements by developing and implementing quality assurance processes and conducting supplier evaluations
Main Tasks
- Executing the evaluation and qualification of new suppliers to ensure they meet the organization's quality standards and requirements
- Developing and implementing improvement plans for suppliers with performance issues, providing guidance and support to enhance their quality processes
- Executing the follow up on supplier escalations, coordinating with relevant teams to address issues and ensure timely resolution
- Creating and maintaining tools and resources to support supplier quality management, including quality assessment templates and performance tracking systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate supplier performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain

Minimum Educational Requirement

Job Requirements (Experience, Skills)
Five years of related professional experience
- Advanced English
- Valid Passport and Visa
- Availability to travel
- Knowledge of ISO/IATF 16949- ISO 14000.
- Specific customer requirements ( AIAG, APQP , PPAP, VDA, Core tools ANPQP, SOP , etc. )
- Statistical tools.
- Knowledge of production processes
- Knowledge of process and quality systems auditing
- Problem-solving tools
- Organizational requirements in aspects of MMS and Security
