MANN+HUMMEL Corporate Venture Capital is actively investing in early-stage companies that align with our strategic focus across the mobility, life sciences, and environmental sectors. Our investment interests span new mobility, advanced materials, clean air and water, liquid filtration, IoT, and adjacent technologies that support our core businesses and customer needs.
We’re looking for a dynamic MBA intern to support a range of initiatives—from refining our investment sourcing and evaluation processes to conducting market and technology research. This internship is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in business or technical disciplines who is curious about a wide range of emerging technologies and eager to gain firsthand experience in the venture capital space.
Main Tasks

Strategic Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive evaluations of industry sectors to help shape investment strategy.

Investment Due Diligence: Assist in analyzing prospective investments through financial modeling, risk assessment, and strategic fit evaluations.

Deal Support: Contribute to deal execution, including structuring terms and supporting legal and financial negotiations.

Portfolio Collaboration: Partner with portfolio companies to track performance and support growth initiatives.

Industry Research & Insights: Produce research and presentations on key trends, technologies, and startups to guide decision-making and enhance the firm’s knowledge base.
Your Profile

Education:

Currently pursuing an MBA with a focus in Finance, Entrepreneurship, Strategy, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation methods

Strategic thinker with solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Advanced Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with data visualization tools a plus.
