In the Industrial market, the company serves as a critical partner for portable and stationary power generation, providing high-performance filtration systems that protect engines and equipment. We are looking for a motivated intern to support our sales activities – from pricing to cross-functional project development to administrative sales support.

Main Tasks

- Pricing Strategy & Data Analysis: Support the sales team in preparing price calculations and maintaining up-to-date pricing lists. You will help analyze market trends and competitor data to ensure our quotes remain competitive and aligned with regional targets.
- Administrative Sales Support: Maintain the integrity of customer data within our CRM system and assist in the preparation of sales presentations and performance reports for management reviews
- Professional Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for routine inquiries, providing high-quality service by addressing customer needs via email and phone, and escalating issues to the appropriate account managers.
- Trade Show & Exhibition Support: Assist in the planning, logistics, and execution of industry exhibitions. This includes coordinating marketing materials, managing lead collection processes, and potentially supporting the team on-site to showcase our latest filtration innovations.
- Order Management: Monitor the end-to-end order flow, ensuring accuracy in our ERP systems and coordinating with the supply chain team and customer service to provide customers with timely updates on delivery schedules and lead times.

Educational Requirements

- Pursuing a Bachelor’s of Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related fields

Skills

- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal (including C2 language skills level).
- Strong analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone who can drive improvement.
- Comfortable excel skills (specifically VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data filtering).
