Role Summary
Talent Acquisition plays a key role in attracting and engaging top talent within the organization. This position is responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting employer branding initiatives, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Main Tasks
- As a key member of the H2R team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist leads all the efforts to attract, assess, and select talent for MANN+HUMMEL.
- Enable MANN+HUMMEL to have the right people in the right places; in timely fashion and in a cost-efficient manner, while building a strong Corporate Brand
- Work closely with the HRBP´s to satisfy the needs and requirements from the hiring managers
- Develop and institute creative plans to attract new talent
- Own the full-cycle staffing process making sure that all the required documentation and approvals are completed
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs
- Proactively recruit talent for salary positions using several channels such as Career Sites, Social Media, Universities, Chambers, Associations, etc.
- Proactively network and build a talent pool for critical roles
- Conduct initial candidate screening presenting top candidates to hiring managers
- Schedules interviews with hiring team providing candidate information
- Manage applicant tracking system
- Compile and report statistical recruitment information in a timely and accurate manner
- Conduct follow-ups with new hires and provide feedback to hiring managers
- Develop and implement communication and social media strategies to build a strong Corporate Brand
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs and other events to build up a strong Corporate Brand
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment policies, laws and regulations
- Develop and deliver training to hiring managers on the hiring process and interviewing best practices
Your Profile
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting in a high-volume manufacturing environment (Automotive industry preferred)
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office products and various Applicant Tracking Systems (SAP Success Factors a plus)
- Ability to deal with ambiguity within a fast-paced changing environment is critical for someone in this role to succeed
- Demonstrate commitment to teamwork and have a clear understanding of the importance of professional interaction at all levels of the organization

- Excellent organization, prioritization, communication, and planning skills
- Strong attention to detail and competent levels of accuracy
