Social Media Organic Specialist

Main Tasks

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to each platform.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with colleagues and internal stakeholders to align social media efforts with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Stay current with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Develop and understand KPIs, dashboards, and performance scorecards.
  • Provide regular performance updates to internal teams and external agencies.
  • Engage with the online community and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Develop materials for marketing/advertising communications.

Your Profile

EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, marketing, and/or analytics.

 

SKILLS:

  • Strong analytical skills; must be proficient in analyzing and interpreting social media data from standard software packages and databases (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Brandwatch).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate campaign performance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to create compelling content and tell stories through social media.
  • Experience developing and managing social media campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in a corporate, multi-brand environment is a plus.
