Role Summary

Is responsible for planning, organizing and controlling resources, procedures and timing for administrative or business projects

Main Responsibilities

    • Creating cross functional project teams by requesting individual responsibilities, developing project schedules and determining resource requirements
    • Analysing and reporting on the status of projects, including cost, timing and staffing, to ensure alignment with objectives
    • Applying internal and external quality standards, such as those set by the International Standards Organization, to ensure adherence
    • Implementing strategies for the identification and resolution of obstacles to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
    • Developing multiple interrelated projects, including business transformation initiatives, to drive organizational success. 
    • Establish and execute program timelines.
    • Maintain EBIT / Gross Margin by program per negotiated business award.
    • Manage /ensure the following processes are executed: Prototype Orders, RFQ Process, Tooling Orders and material orders for start of launch.
    • Ensure program is within budget at program end.
    • Lead the program team to identify and achieve continues improvement / cost reductions.
    • Manage core team, customer relationship, program tasks to ensure program milestones are achieved.
    • Elevate red risk items to Top Management for immediate response and resolution on showstopper issues.
    • Manage, capture and process engineering changes for the life of the program.
    • Ensure price increases are captured during engineering changes process.
    • Risk management –identify, manage and control project risks.
    • Closeout the project with the customer and obtain final payment.
    • Transfer equipment & tooling as required from other plants and get customer approvals.

Minimum Educational Requirement

Master's Degree or Comparable Qualification en Economic Sciences o Related fields

Experience with John Deer / FORD / TESLA / NIKOLA is a Plus
