Role Summary

The Onboarding to Offboarding team plays a key role in delivering specialized HR support across the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding. This role is responsible for resolving complex inquiries with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring a seamless and positive employee and customer experience. By leveraging deep HR expertise, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base, and actively participating in internal initiatives, the Service Professional contributes to the operational efficiency of HR and supports a strong organizational culture. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level support in HR processes such as onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding, ensuring timely and accurate case resolution for employees and managers.
  • Resolve Tier 2 inquiries related to benefits, payroll, and general employment matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage and resolve inquiries and cases within assigned areas of responsibility, ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • May serve as a subject matter expert in a specific HR domain (e.g., system knowledge, specific processes), providing deep knowledge and guidance.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system, contributing to a comprehensive FAQ repository.
  • Maintain and update the internal HR knowledge base to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate on internal HR projects aimed at improving service delivery and employee experience.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a shared services in manufacturing environment.
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English (B2–C1 level).
  • Previous involvement in internal transfers or employee movement processes.
  • Knowledge or experience with the complete life-cylce of the employee. (onboarding to offboarding) 
  • Customer-oriented with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving.
  • Basic understanding of payroll and benefits administration.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service skills, including the ability to train or guide others.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently and in teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HR systems such as ServiceNow (SNOW), SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems such as TRESS.
  • Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
