Main Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee and former employee cases within HR systems using specialized knowledge.
  • Process internal employee movements in systems such as SuccessFactors, TRESS, and related platforms.
  • Provide expert support across HR processes, including onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Ensure proper handling and consistency of digital employee documentation.
  • Enter, update, and validate employee data across multiple HR systems.
  • Track and ensure timely creation of employee profiles, system access, and user accounts.
  • Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders (Local HR, HRMs, Recruitment, candidates, employees, vendors, and internal teams).
  • Provide guidance to internal clients on HR processes, best practices, and required actions.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation for audit and process tracking purposes.
  • Document FAQs and contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • Keep HR knowledge bases and procedural documentation up to date.
  • Participate in internal H2R projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and secure handling of employee information in compliance with data protection standards.

 

Experience

2 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within a Shared Services environment.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably (but not limited to) Human Resources Management, Business Administration, International Trade, International Business, Foreign Languages, Psychology, or equivalent relevant experience.

Technical Competencies

English proficiency level B2 to C2
