Role Summary

The Service Professional H2R  plays a crucial role in providing expert HR support, resolving complex inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely resolution of cases. By leveraging their specialized knowledge and skills, maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base, and actively contributing to internal projects, they contribute to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of HR operations and enhance the employee experience within the organization.

Main Tasks

  • Uses depth of knowledge and specialized skills in HR, Benefits, Payroll, etc. to answer questions and resolve/administrates cases f rom employees, managers and retirees on all HR products and processes, from the served employee population in scope.
  • Onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding processes, as well as general employment (especially payroll related)
  •  All questions relating to relevant HR products (in scope of HR Operations organization) such as HR administrative questions and HR Online
  • Professional training (requirements, training programs and selection processes)
  • Administrates inquiries according to area of responsibility and scope
  •  May take responsibility for a specif ic topic area (e.g., payroll, benef its) and has expert knowledge in this area
  • Documents questions in the Customer Relationship Management System (Frequently Asked Questions)
  • Maintains the knowledge database.
  • Processes complaints, including research and problem solving.
  • Works on internal projects

Your Profile

  • 2 – 5+ years' experience in HR (depending on level) or a Human Resources Management degree or a formal commercial qualification with an additional qualification as an HR professional
  • Strong oral and written communication (Spanish and English).
  • Customer oriented and solution focused
