Role Summary
In this position you will be responsible for providing HR Support, resolving complex inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely resolution of cases.
Main Tasks
- By leveraging their specialized knowledge and skills, maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base, and actively contributing to internal projects.
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of HR operations and enhance the employee experience within the organization.
- Provide support to answer Tier 2 questions and resolve/administrates cases from employees, managers and retirees on all HR products and processes.
- Manage the information related with onboarding, internal transfers, and off boarding processes, as well as general employment.
- Professional training (requirements, training programs and selection processes).
- Administrates inquiries according to area of responsibility and scope.
Your Profile
- 2 years of experiences in HR Services.
- Extensive knowledge in Human Resources matters (payroll, labor law, social security, compensation, and benefits).
- Strong customer service focus with high level communication skills.
- Advanced level of English.
