HR Coordinator

Main Tasks

• Applying and implementing general human resources programs, policies and tools in alignment and cooperation with CoE's and HR operations
• Advising managers on personnel-related issues
• Handling inquiries and topics from different areas of human resources
• Working on interactions and relationships with managers and labour unions/ works councils, while also informing country/site BP's about relevant local HR topics
• Supporting the regional development and implementation of HR strategies, programs, tools and policies with BP's and CoE's
• Supporting the implementation of talent programs as well as the application of strategies to address talent gaps and needs
