-Ensure reliable and available information for decision making.
-Increase awareness and involvement from all areas on digitalization strategy.

HOW (work packages and deliverables)

§Design and implement Change Management Strategy for Digitalization (ADKAR Model).
§Training on next stages of Serinus and MES.
§Request material from Warehouse 0400 from MES.
§Eliminate alternative documents and reports.
§Maintenance Dashboard implementation.
§Measure adoption level and impact for digitalization.
 
Objectives:
§30 % reduction for work instructions and reports (Paperless)
§Increase 50% of visualization for KPIs using formal data sources (SAP PM & SAP Me)à Involvement
§Time savings when requesting materials from the warehouse
