As a Training Administrator, you will play a key role in developing and delivering hands-on training programs that enhance associate performance, support operational excellence, and ensure alignment with safety, quality, and production standards. You will work closely with supervisors and team leaders to schedule and facilitate training, manage materials, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Main Tasks

  • Coordinate and deliver new employee training across operations

  • Administer and facilitate the BISS (Basic Industrial Skills & Safety) Program

  • Develop, maintain, and revise training materials related to:

    • Production Basics

    • Product and process knowledge for specific production cells

    • Standard work procedures

    • Safety, Quality, Materials Handling, and Lean principles

  • Schedule training with supervisors and team leaders

  • Manage inventory of training parts, including quality defect samples

  • Support re-validation training for existing employees (5S, LPA, safety, etc.)

  • Conduct random audits to verify training compliance via qualification matrices

  • Administer layered process audits

  • Coordinate weekly process training and “Operator for a Day” sessions

  • Collaborate with Continuous Improvement teams during Kaizen events and other initiatives as needed

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Your Profile

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree preferred

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or training role

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Experience facilitating training in both one-on-one and group settings

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds
