Main Tasks

• Full procurement of production and non-production materials for the plant – excluding logistics scope
• Achieving local procurement targets based on defined KPIs
• Continuous communication with suppliers and identification of new suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with and enforcement of procurement processes
• Managing RFQs, tenders, and conducting auctions
• Approval of purchase orders
• Coordinating the work of the local procurement team
• Implementing cost control and cost efficiency at the site
• Keeping contracts and procurement documentation continuously updated
• Ensuring compliance with legal and corporate regulations
• Preparing reports and analyses for senior management

Your Profile

• First procurement contact for the site in all local, commercial, and supplier-related tasks, including escalations
• Support for the site (especially supply chain management) for all procurement-related topics
• Interface management between the site and the responsible regional procurement lead, including all procurement functions
• Ensure the active involvement of Procurement via the respective Procurement lead or Strategic Purchasing
• Core team member of the “Change Committee”, responsible for driving local supplier and procurement-related change projects
• Invoice resolutions (first-level price issues)
