Key Responsibilities:

 

  • User Support: Provide technical assistance to users across the organization and escalate issues to the relevant teams through the helpdesk system
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the IT inventory and ensure that all IT equipment is properly maintained.
  • Equipment Orders: Initiate orders for IT devices and ensure timely delivery.
  • Installation and Setup: Install and configure computers and other IT equipment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the local departments, the IT Clusterlead to fulfill assigned tasks.
  • Project Management – Manage local IT projects and participate in group projects.
  • Infrastructure Support – Responsible for the network and server hardware onsite ensuring backup are running and systems updated

 

Requirements:

 

  • Basic IT knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Active English language in speaking and written form
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
