Main tasks, jobs:
- Develops and implements creative plans to attract and retain new talent
- Recruitment: organizing and conducting interviews, liaising with candidates
- Effective, fast onboarding: preparing offers, contracts, supporting new recruits, preparing recruitment reports
- Preparation and follow-up of company training plan
- Organising training courses, managing related documentation
- Conducting and documenting internal training, preparing training materials
- Support and undertake projects related to the team and our culture
- Contribute to the implementation of the company culture and help to develop it further
- Actively participate in and develop internal communication
- Coordinating the "Employee Satisfaction" programm, supporting satisfaction measurements, supervising the implementation of actions
- Preparation of surveys
Job expectations:
- University degree in a specialised field of HR
- At least 2 years of relevant HR experience in a manufacturing company
- Proficient in using the latest recruitment channels and know how to attract new employees to the company.
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress-based, etc.)
- High degree of social competence, empathy, discretion, loyalty and integrity
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a team
To be a preferred candidate for this position:
- GDPR knowledge
- Knowledge of SAP/ Success Factor ERP system
