Main Tasks
- Creates stock replenishment plans and reports regularly based on sales forecast and inventory level.
- Co-ordinates with local MP&L production program.
- Prepares Stock adherence KPI measure for each plant
- Properly adjusts and updates Stock/ production plan to support Sales as required
- Continuous Improvement to supply chain, optimising costs
- Supports European inventory strategy (Make to stock vs make to order)
Role Summary
- Responsible for LSE EU inventory levels including stock level adherence, planning co-ordination with relevant manufacturing location planning departments.
- Reporting KPI on inventory – Stock % v Target Stock, Cycle count variance, logistics complaints
- Supply chain Forecasting Sales Demand / Stock replenishment is robust to support Sales Growth

Minimum Educational Requirement
Master's Degree or Comparable Qualification in Economic Sciences, Logistics or Related fields
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree Required.
- 5 years of experience in planning/logistics capacity or similar
- Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization. English / Hungarian
- Material Planning & Logistics experience required.
- Logistics Governance /KPI knowledge
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, SAP4H or SAP other preferred.
- Customer and supplier orientation, organization and coordination skills
- Self-initiative and ability to work under pressure
