As part of the global Digitalization in Operations team, this role is responsible for identifying existing system landscapes, define a future digital architecture, and implement use cases that enable data-driven decision-making and end-to-end visibility. This function acts globally with strong collaboration across business units, central functions, and logistics partners.

 

 

Successfull candidate will demonstrate strong project management skills, have analytical and digital mindset with selfstarting personality. Supply Chain Operations experience is advantage.

Your responsibilities:

  • Drive the digitalization project within global supply chain operations by connecting internal and external systems to enable end-to-end visibility
  • Identify and assess existing IT landscapes in Distribution Centers (DCs) and define a harmonized future system architecture
  • Lead the development and implementation projects of a global Supply Chain Control Tower
  • Translate business requirements into digital use cases and lead their implementation from concept to execution
  • Use data analytics to identify opportunities for material flow optimization
  • Collaborate closely with regional DCs, third-party logistics providers, and central distribution functions to ensure alignment and adoption
  • Serve as the central point of contact for digital initiatives in the supply chain landscape

Your Profile:

  • University degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Informatics, or similar
  • Proven experience in project management (more than 5 years)
  • Understanding of logistics processes and supply chain functions is great advantage
  • Affinity for working with data and system landscapes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across functions and cultures
  • High degree of independence and self-motivation
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a moderate level
