Team Leader SAP Key Users

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing needed cooperation in process budgeting and process planning in area of SAP Key Users and with other area of IT
  • Cooperation with International Key Users and Location Officer Community within MANN+HUMMEL Group
  • Responsibility for coordination of processes, projects and tasks within entrusted team and realization of these tasks within MANN+HUMMEL Group
  • Leading or cooperation on SAP projects
  • Keeping the quality and efficiency of delivered services, KPIs monitoring and evaluating and taking measures if needed
  • Performing tasks as SAP Location Officer (LO) in dedicated modules/processes
  • Direct leading team of SAP Key Users (motivation, regular meetings, team informing etc.)

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Education: University degree or another relevant education
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience (IT or logistics), 3+ experince in team leading and/or project leading
  • Required Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office, ITIL and SAP or IT related processes and business related processes, overall knowledge in labor law area
  • Languages: Professional knowledge of English (B2/C1 level), another language is a big advantage
  • Competencies: Leadership skills, negotiation skills, customer approach, good time management, proactivity, flexibility, great communication and organizational skills but also to have structured and analytical mindset
