Manager Quality Services

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support special projects/transitions related to Quality and HSE topics when required by Corporate Quality and HSE.
• Responsibility for delivery of contracted operations, responsibility for process management of entrusted processes, process descriptions, process maps, process matrixes, KPIs and risk management, responsibility for entrusted budget, costs and savings
• Defines and supports implementation of material compliance processes, tasks, platforms and raise awareness on specific topic as part of the material compliance manager role expertise
• Tracks and assesses emerging compliance trends and legislation and ensures their implementation into existing processes and acts as central point of contact for product related material compliance topic between various functions
• Fulfillment of IATF 16949:2016 
• Coordinates Compliance and Risk Management activities in his department, in cooperation with the Compliance Manager
• Responsibility for people management, people development and increase of employees’ satisfaction

YOUR PROFILE:

• Education: University degree or relevant education in area of responsibility
• Experience: 5+ years of work experience in Material Compliance area/Quality or another related field in international environment, previous experience with team or project leading is an advantage
• Required Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office skills and SAP, knowledge of IATF 16949 2016 norm
• Languages: Fluency in English (B2/C1 level), fluency in Czech (C1/C2 level)
• Competencies: Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team and build a team spirit, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are a MUST
