Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct market and strategic competitor analysis, including the assessment of industry trends
  • Help drive structuring market intelligence data
  • Assist in the development of corporate growth and value creation strategies
  • Support in target screening and the execution of M&A projects
  • Help work out management presentations

 

Profile:

 

  • Bachelor (senior) or master student in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable study program
  • Strong interest in strategy and M&A
  • First work experience (through internships) in strategy consulting, investment banking, or transaction advisory
  • Outstanding analytical skills 
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Able to work independently and proactively
  • Fluent in German and English
