Working Student Real Estate and Facilities (m/w/d)

As a working student you are supporting the Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) department.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Support digitization projects during implementation and Roll-Out (e.g. CAFM-System)  
  • Improve, automate and assist in updating our standards- and processes descriptions 
  • Perform Real Estate & Facilities specific analysis and evaluations 
  • Administrative support and tracking of various initiatives (e.g. preparation of trainings)  
  • Support in data collection (e.g. of Assets)  
  • Prepare presentations (e.g. Best practice, lessons learned) 
  • Assist in implementation of improvement measures (e.g. preventative maintenance) 
  • Support of up to 20 h/week desired

 

Your profile:

  • Education: Studies ideally in the field of Real Estate, Facility Management, Business administration & Engineering or Information Systems or comparable education
  • Professional Experience: First experience in (CAFM) Project Management / Administration will be a plus
  • Skills:
    • Good knowledge of the Real Estate and Facility Management process areas
    • Good IT application skills like MS-Office
    • Knowledge of Planon, CAD and SAP desired
  • Language skills: Good business English skills, German language skills desired
  • Personality: 
    • Self-initiated team player, analytical thinking, creative, self-organized 
    • Good solution-oriented communication and documentation skills
