Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Organizational Transformation Manager to help shape the future organization of MANN+HUMMEL. In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders to design organizational structures, develop leadership capabilities, and build the organizational foundations required for successful transformation. You combine strong organizational development expertise with a consulting mindset and are passionate about enabling leaders and teams to thrive in times of change.

Your Responsibilities

•    Lead complex strategic transformation and integration programs from planning through execution
•    Translate business strategy into actionable project plans and measurable outcomes
•    Manage project scope, budget, timeline, resources, and dependencies
•    Lead cross-functional and international project teams to successful delivery
•    Drive alignment and decision-making across senior stakeholders and leadership teams
•    Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and implementation challenges
•    Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where required
•    Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
•    Coach project managers and teams on project management and agile methodologies
•    Ensure sustainable implementation and realization of transformation objectives

•    Design and implement business processes, and governance structures
•    Drive E2E process design, standardization, and documentation across functions
•    Ensure transparency through structured process documentation and clear operating procedures

Your Profile

  • Education: Successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, (Industrial) Engineering, Management, or a comparable field.
  • Experience:
    • Extensive experience leading complex transformation, integration, or strategic programs within international organizations.
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale transformation initiatives and driving sustainable business impact.
    • Strong background in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Transformation Office, or comparable enterprise-wide transformation environments.
    • Experience partnering with executive leadership and managing senior stakeholder engagements.
    • Experience working successfully within international and matrix-based organizations.
  • Expertise:
    • Strong expertise in project and program management methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
    • Extensive experience driving process improvement, operational excellence, and organizational change initiatives.
    • Proven expertise in business process design, optimization, and documentation, including process mapping and process governance.
    • Strong understanding of end-to-end (E2E) process modeling, standardization, and governance frameworks.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Languages: Business‑fluent English skills.
  • Personality:
    • Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on execution, delivery, and measurable business outcomes.
    • Highly analytical and solution-oriented approach to complex business challenges.
    • Confident in navigating dynamic environments and influencing stakeholders across all organizational levels.
    • Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative personality with a strong commitment to transformation, continuous improvement, and organizational success.
