The Senior Manager HR Digitalization & Tools combines people leadership with strong hands-on expertise in HR IT, taking ownership of our global HR systems landscape with a clear focus on SAP SuccessFactors.

In this role, you are a central role within the HR Digitalization & Tools team while driving the implementation, operation, and continuous evolution of our HR systems. You act as a key interface between HR, IT, and external partners and ensure that our digital HR solutions deliver real business impact.

Your Challenges

  • Lead and develop the HR Digitalization & Tools team, ensuring strong performance, ownership, and continuous capability growth
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for SAP SuccessFactors and related HR systems, including prioritization, further development, and roadmap execution
  • Drive the implementation, optimization, and operation of HR IT systems in close collaboration with IT and external vendors
  • Translate business requirements into system-based solutions together with technical experts
  • Ensure stable system operations, performance, and continuous improvement of the HR IT landscape
  • Define and execute the HR digitalization roadmap with a strong focus on system enablement and user value
  • Foster standardization and harmonization of HR processes via scalable system solutions
  • Lead and coordinate international HR IT projects and rollouts
  • Act as central interface between HR, IT, and implementation partners
  • Drive change management and user adoption of new system functionalities
  • Ensure data governance, compliance (e.g. GDPR), and data integrity across all HR systems

Your Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 
    • Several years of experience in HR digitalization, HR technology, HR systems governance, or HR transformation.
    • Proven experience in leading teams as well as steering international stakeholders without disciplinary authority.
    • Experience with HRIS environments (ideally SAP SuccessFactors); ability to steer experts rather than configure systems.
    • Strong experience in change management within digital transformation contexts.
    • Ideally experience working with both white- and blue-collar user groups.
  • Expertise:
    • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
    • Understanding of digital HR process landscapes, governance structures, and data privacy requirements (e.g. GDPR).
    • Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills across hierarchical levels and international environments.
    • Analytical mindset and a hands-on, solution-oriented, proactive approach.
  • Language Skills: Very good English skills, ideally first German skills
  • Personality: Strategic thinker with strong leadership presence, excellent communication skills, and a “Can-Do” attitude. Enjoys enabling teams, driving change, and improving processes continuously.
