The position is to be classified in the non-tariff salary range AT1, provided that all tasks and requirements are fulfilled, based on a weekly working time of 40 hours.

Your Role:

As Senior Manager Global Process Management & Supply Chain Controlling, you are responsible for the strategic development and global governance of Supply Chain process management and performance controlling. In this role, you ensure consistent alignment with the company’s business strategy, financial objectives, and customer requirements, while driving the implementation of standardized global process and system structures based on a “One Template” approach.

A key focus of the position is the establishment of transparent, data-driven performance management mechanisms, as well as the leadership of global transformation initiatives aimed at sustainably improving service levels, cost efficiency, and inventory performance. In addition, you develop the organizational and technological foundations required to build a high-performing, future-ready supply chain organization.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the global strategy for Supply Chain Process Management and Controlling, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and supply chain priorities.
  • Establish and govern enterprise-wide governance frameworks for supply chain processes, including decision rights, escalation models, compliance requirements, and accountability structures.
  • Drive the continuous development of the global end-to-end process architecture, covering Planning, Distribution, and Transportation.
  • Lead the implementation and scaling of the global One Template approach across processes, data structures, and systems.
  • Ensure seamless cross-functional integration with Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and Finance to support end-to-end business performance.
  • Further develop the global KPI framework, ensuring clear linkage to financial targets, strategic priorities, and operational performance objectives.
  • Establish and manage an integrated performance management system that enables proactive, data-driven decision-making across the supply chain.
  • Develop and govern an enterprise-wide Supply Chain Control Tower approach, leveraging advanced analytics, reporting capabilities, and AI-driven insights.
  • Define and execute the digital roadmap for the Supply Chain function in close collaboration with IT and digital transformation teams.
  • Lead global transformation programs focused on standardization, efficiency improvement, service excellence, and operational effectiveness across the supply chain network.
  • Embed a culture of continuous improvement and best-practice sharing throughout the entire area of responsibility.
  • Build, lead, and continuously develop a globally structured organization, ensuring alignment with future business requirements.
  • Drive talent development, capability building, and succession planning to strengthen organizational effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative leadership culture that promotes accountability, innovation, and cross-functional teamwork.
