Role Summary

Join our European IAM Pricing team and help strengthen our analytics, reporting, and pricing capabilities across the Independent Automotive Aftermarket.
In this role, you will work with large and complex datasets, build advanced Power BI dashboards, support pricing strategy execution, and collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and IT. You will play an important role in increasing transparency, improving margin performance, and developing pricing insights for the European IAM business.


This position offers a long‑term development perspective within a highly international environment.

Your Challenge

  • Support the execution of the European IAM pricing strategy across countries, channels, and product categories
  • Build, maintain, and continuously expand advanced Power BI dashboards for pricing transparency and decision-making
  • Work with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms to manage, structure, and improve pricing datasets
  • Maintain and update European price lists, customer conditions, and discount structures
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and pricing channel analysis within the IAM market
  • Identify margin leakage and develop data-driven recommendations
  • Support Sales with pricing insights, tenders, and negotiation preparation
  • Contribute to annual price reviews, indexation processes, and pricing governance
  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across tools and systems
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Operations, and IT (SAP / DARE / Analytics)
  • Build strong cross‑regional relationships and act as an important contact point for pricing-related analytics

Your Profile

  • Education: Successfully completed university degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data/Analytics, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional Experience: Relevant experience in analytics, pricing, or data-driven commercial roles. Advanced experience with Power BI and complex datasets and understanding of pricing logic (margins, discounts, price lists).
  • Expertise:
    • Advanced Power BI skills would be perfect
    • Advanced Excel skills is a must
    • Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms is an advantage
    • Knowledge of SAP, Oracle JDE, or similar ERP systems
    • Pricing tools such as PriceFX are a plus
    • Experience in IAM or the automotive aftermarket is beneficial
    • Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail
  • Languages: Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus
  • Personality:
    • Highly independent and proactive working style
    • Strong communication skills in an international environment
    • Ability to build cross-functional and cross-country relationships
    • Well-structured, organized, and comfortable working with complex data
    • Ambitious, eager to grow, and motivated to take on increased responsibility over time
