Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Organizational Transformation Manager to help shape the future organization of MANN+HUMMEL. In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders to design organizational structures, develop leadership capabilities, and build the organizational foundations required for successful transformation. You combine strong organizational development expertise with a consulting mindset and are passionate about enabling leaders and teams to thrive in times of change.

Your Responsibilities

•    Drive organizational transformation initiatives aligned with business strategy
•    Design and implement Target Operating Models, organizational structures, and governance frameworks
•    Conduct organizational assessments and derive actionable recommendations
•    Partner with senior leaders on organizational effectiveness and transformation topics
•    Coach and support leaders in navigating organizational change and transformation
•    Develop and facilitate leadership enablement and capability-building initiatives
•    Design frameworks and approaches that strengthen cross-functional collaboration
•    Translate strategic priorities into sustainable organizational solutions
•    Measure and monitor the effectiveness of organizational transformation initiatives
•    Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for leadership teams

Your Profil

  • Education: Successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Strategy, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Organizational Development, Organizational Transformation, Strategy Execution, or Management Consulting.
    • Proven experience in organizational design and the development of Target Operating Models.
    • Demonstrated track record in leadership enablement, executive coaching, and organizational effectiveness.
    • Experience working directly with senior leaders in complex and international organizations.
  • Expertise:
    • Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate complexity into practical solutions.
    • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Languages: Business‑fluent English skills. German would be a plus.
  • Personality:
    • High level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and ability to build trust across leadership levels.
    • Courage to challenge established thinking and drive sustainable change.
