Role Summary

Orchestrate and enable global HR strategy execution, energizing teams and ensuring the cadence and reporting that turn priorities into results. As HR Transformation Project Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for ensuring that MANN+HUMMEL’s global HR priorities are translated into consistent execution. You operate at the intersection of strategy, governance, and delivery, providing structure, transparency, and momentum across complex HR initiatives. Working closely with Senior HR leadership and global stakeholders, you ensure that priorities are aligned, progress is visible, and transformation topics are driven through to completion, even in dynamic and partially ambiguous environments.

Your Challenge

  • Orchestrate and govern the execution of global HR strategic and operational initiatives within the SPEED methodology (OKR-based), managing the six month sprint cadence, transition phases and monthly progress routines
  • Ensure a reliable, systematic approach for reporting on objectives, milestones, progress, and for identifying risks
  • Proactively bring identified risks, decision points, and communication needs and support timely escalations where required
  • Align, track, and report on HR initiatives and their required HR capacity in close collaboration with senior HR leadership and key stakeholders
  • Prepare the annual HR Senior Leadership Team Offsite to align HR strategy with business priorities
  • Lead or support selected HR Transformation projects and initiatives

Your Profile

  • Education: A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred. More important than formal education are your mindset, execution strength, and experience in driving change and transformation.
  • Professional Experience: You bring experience from execution-driven environments such as HR transformation, strategy implementation, program or project management, consulting, or comparable roles where coordination, alignment, and delivery were critical success factors. This role is also suitable for professionals who have already taken ownership of complex initiatives and are ready to step into a broader, more global responsibility.
  • Expertise:
    • Ability to quickly grasp complex organizational contexts and translate them into clear structures and actionable next steps
    • Proven strength in maintaining oversight across multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and priorities
    • High level of reliability in planning, follow-up, and delivery
    • Confidence in navigating governance structures and senior stakeholder expectations
  • Languages: Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) is mandatory
  • Personality:
    • Strong communicator who is comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders in demanding environments
    • Highly self-organized, disciplined, and able to manage complexity independently
    • Pragmatic and solution-oriented, with a clear focus on outcomes rather than concepts
    • Empathetic in approach, yet able to provide clarity, challenge assumptions, and drive alignment when needed
    • Resilient and focused, able to maintain momentum and direction even under pressure or ambiguity
    • Willingness to travel: Up to 10%
