Role Summary

In this central global HR staff position, you support the planning, execution, and structuring of international HR projects. You provide reliable HR analyses and KPIs, coordinate with HRBPs and CoEs, and prepare management decision materials. Additionally, you handle selected organizational tasks for the HR leadership and actively contribute to the further development of global HR structures.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support of global HR projects and topics:
    Contribute to the planning, coordination, and implementation of global HR projects and initiatives in close collaboration with the Global HRBPs Operations & SC&L. Take ownership of sub‑tasks and ensure structured project tracking.
  • HR Controlling & Data Analysis:
    Prepare and maintain HR reports and KPI analyses to support data‑driven decision-making. Contribute to the further development of steering mechanisms to ensure an efficient HR organization.
  • Budget & Resource Management:
    Support the budget planning and monitoring for global HR projects. Prepare overviews and controlling dashboards to increase transparency.
  • Interface Management & Collaboration:
    Coordinate closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Expertise (CoEs), and HR Services to foster effective information exchange and enable the implementation of global HR initiatives.
  • Preparation of Decision-Making Materials:
    Create presentations, reports, and analyses for HR management to support strategic decisions.
  • Organization:
    Organize and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and follow-up on agreed actions.

Your Profile:

  • Education: Successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a comparable qualification with relevant experience.
  • Professional Experience: At least 2–4 years of experience in HR, ideally with a focus on project work, controlling, or HR processes. First experience in supporting or coordinating global HR projects is a plus.
  • Expertise:
    • Basic understanding of HR metrics, reporting, and controlling methods.
    • Knowledge of HR processes and HR systems is desirable.
    • Confident use of MS Office applications and HR systems (SAP SF).
  • Languages: Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Personality:
    • Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with various stakeholders.
    • High level of trustworthiness, discretion, and diplomatic skills.
    • Hands-on mentality and the ability to maintain an overview even when handling multiple parallel tasks.
